Baa baa bag heap, have you any recycling? Yes sir, yes sir, three bins full.
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Lewisham.

Here's what Ms C of SE26 had to say about the mission:
'Thank you so much to the runners who came to help, they were so good and I really appreciated their support' - Ms C, well done both!
Ian and I were both glad to be attending the rescheduled mission to help Ms C, after we failed on our first attempt a few days previously due to some confusion over timings.
Ms C needed some help packing up her flat ready for a deep clean. She was extremely organised and had written us some detailed notes to make the best use of the time she had with us. After we had assembled a fortress of cardboard boxes, the main task involved getting rid of lots of bags of recycling, no mean feat up and down lots of narrow flights of stairs! Ian and I were soon warmed up after multiple trips up and down the stairs, and were surprised to see how much progress we’d made when we realised we’d filled three bins!
It was heartening to hear how Ms C was recovering from illness and some setbacks on her flat, and Ian and I were both pleased that we had finally been able to make a small contribution to her efforts.
Not satisfied with a power hour of shifting and sorting, after the mission Ian and I ran off down the road to join up with the rest of GoodGym Bromley for a double dose of goodness!
