An exercise in exercise equipment...
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.
- Sunday, 20th of February 2022
Miss V had ordered a "mini mobility trainer" and needed some help with its assembly, so after a bit of pre-mission online research to try and determine what the finished product looked like and whether other users had found it easy or difficult to put together, I arrived fully prepared at her door on a very windy Sunday morning ready to assemble her exercise machine.
Fortunately all the bits were there and (amazingly) the instruction leaflet was pretty clear in how to put the various strange looking parts together, but like any great exercise program, the finished product showed just why each of the various steps of assembly had to be followed closely using the rights nuts and bolts...there's no prizes for shortcuts in this game.
Miss V was delighted with her new machine, as was her cat who clearly couldn't wait to have a good stretch with the elastic bands and a spin of the pedals...
