An abZOOlutely astounding amount of rubbish!
3 GoodGymers made their way 2km to help their local community in Ealing.

3 GoodGymers joined forces with Plogolution for their run and litter pick at Hanwell Zoo!
Myself and Ricky took on the 5km run route and Michelle joined the walking group before meeting back up to count up the findings and we were all shocked as to how much litter there was from the area.
Initiatives like this are great and the way the event was organised allowed us to pick up more rubbish than we can on some of our normal GoodGym group runs. On the run today we visited one area we run past on our evening group runs all the time, we always wish we could take on and clear it and today we did!
It was also great to meet lots of people in the community who are interested in doing good things so we were be able to tell them how they can get involved with GoodGym to do even more in the local area!
