2 GoodGymers made their way to help the Norwich Community Sports Foundation in Norwich.

Today we took part in the beginnings of organising race number collections for Run Norwich.
We folded t-shirts and with some other volunteers we retrieved and sorted race packs the more than 8000 runners that will be taking part on Sunday.
We also had some fun tasks preparing the CSF shop ready for the expo over the weekend.
