Today’s motivation to get out for a run was kindly provided by Mr M who needed some shopping following a stay in hospital.
Mr M not only provided me with a shopping list but had written it in the order that I would find everything if I travelled round his local CoOp in a clockwise direction and then explained exactly where I would find each item.
Nice one, Mr M! You’re now on my mission favourites list - although it is quite a long list! 😉
