Alan Titchmarch, eat your heart out.
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Ealing.

Natasha (Tash) and Alicia ran to Cheyrl’s house in the glorious sunshine on Saturday. Cheryl has a lovely big garden that needs some elbow grease and weeding - this outside space will eventually be home to a large variety of flowers and veg. Cheryl is the consummate gardener and was full of helpful tips to help us less-green fingered Good Gymmers get to task.
The three of us chatted in the sunshine and managed to clear quite a few very stubborn weeds (with some of the biggest roots we’ve ever seen!). We even found a weed that was pretending to be a parsnip. Sneaky! We planted lots of potatoes (which Cheryl says will be ready by next year). Tash had the ingenious idea of digging ‘trenches’ for the tats, which helped to speed us up.
Cheryl thanked us for our time and hopes we will be back to plant onions, kale and more. Alan Titchmarch, eat your heart out.
