A Young Help
8 GoodGymers made their way to help the Leyton Jubilee junior parkrun in Waltham Forest.

Volunteering at Leyton Jubilee junior parkrun, always brings me the smile on my face, but probably I'm too much a partisan. More than year ago, after being a run director for an adult parkrun for more than 8 years, I decided to create a junior event in my borough planning to inspire the next olympian generation.
This was such a well organised (of course... :-) ) and joyful event. We should all get back in touch with our inner child, running in dinosaur print wellies, with our favourite football shirt and great smile. If you ever need to smile and feel light (belive me these days we need it!) that all is right with the world, go and volunteer at a junior parkun!
It was great to share the special pancake breakfast afterwards with my running GoodGym family!
Till the next time, thanks for the help to all participate!
