1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Ealing.

Back to Mr R for a shopping mission.
I enjoy this mission as Mr R is super grateful for any goodgymmers support, and he lives close to the shop- always a bonus to not have to hunt for the shops. Plus itβs a lovely walk down the canal.
Mr R has a condition that means he finds it hard to grasp things and pick things up, this, and COVID mean he is staying home and needs help with his shopping.
He prefers smaller items as this is easier to pick up. Supermarket sweep, go,go,go round the Nisa I fly.
I also agreed to run back to the shop for Mr R as he needed phone top up. Managed to cover the receipt in hand gel.
Two round trips (the shop really is minutes away) and we were sorted.
As always Mr R was extremely thankful. I wished him a good day and was off.
More baby bird spotting down the canal for me.
Over and out
