A real clean bank job
4 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Islington.

The Arc Centre is being used as a food bank so four GoodGymmers gave it a good clean ahead of a busy upcoming week. The βArc 4β shifted groceries and fresh food, plastic trays, boxes and trolleys out of the large main hall. Then we swept and mopped until we could see our faces in the floor. Finally we brought all that lovely food back in - ready to feed Islington next week. An hour well spent - just like the hour it took me to run 10.5k there from Haringey π
