Here's what Mr R of N19 had to say about the mission:

Mr R has recently moved back into his flat following some repair work which required his possessions to be boxed up and stored and today's mission was all about meeting with Mr R to discuss with him a plan as to how best arrange his living spaces and to see first hand what could be involved.

What became clear was that there would need to be quite a few stages/tasks in order to get to a successful outcome - the first being to help Mr R with tidying up the piles of books, dvds, videotapes(...) that had been unpacked and put into piles on the floor to create some floor space to allow some shelving (or other storage) to be constructed.

I discussed with Mr R my initial thoughts on what would need to be done, and said I'd feed this back to the referrer as agreed in the original mission request and only then could the next steps be identified.
