A Little Help for the Lovely Mr A
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.

A quick report for a swift and happy mission.
Thursday was a good day. Bright, fresh in Autumn warmth, and with a nice mission-sized gap in the middle. Lovely.
I took an extended lunch yesterday and headed into the heart of the city. It's not nearly as busy as it used to be, but yesterday it had the buzz and life that makes Central London pretty magical. Which put a smile on my face as I knocked on Mr A's for his shopping list and cash.
It was a joy to meet Mr A - friendly and warm, he also has the Scottish dulcet tones of a radio DJ - GoodGym Radio, anyone? I even ran through the list again so I could hear those tones a little longer. My ears felt cushioned, mmmm.
But I couldn't stay there all day. Urgent GoodGyming was needed. And it didn't take long. A swift jaunt around the shops and I was at the bottom of Mr A's lift and heading back to Mr A's in the sun.
After a quick exchange and with my ears further cushioned (like Ken Bruce but better) I was done and on my way back to Greenwich. Feeling much sprightlier than before. More mission-sized lunches please.
Nice one.
