A little dose of positivi-tea ☕
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.
- Wednesday, 28th of September 2022
Before this week's shopping mission for Mrs M, we chatted about her appointment with her nutritionist, who is recommending some changes to her diet (watch this space for a new and improved shopping list!) After talking about some of the new things that her nutritionist has recommended, Mrs M seemed to be feeling a little more positive about the change - although I have no doubt there will be some firm favourite that she will miss! Today she requested lots of her usual items, and I managed to pick up everything but apples for her. I also squeezed in a quick trip to Boots to collect her eye drops, and I stopped by the Post Office on the way back to work to drop off a letter. Mrs M thanked me and handed me a small bag containing a few goodies that she can no longer eat - I have promised her that I will make sure they aren't wasted!
