A housewarming visit
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Exeter.
- Sunday, 12th of December 2021
Craig and Rachel cycled to Heavitree to help Mrs L close a window in her upstairs bedroom.
Initial diagnosis revealed that the PVC window mechanism had been damaged over time so this wasn't going to be a quick job!
After some thought, WD40, a claw hammer and some brute force we were able to close and lock the window for her.
This was a very satisfying task as the house was really cold and Mrs L was very pleased to not have the winter air and rain coming into the house.
