A good deed on my trusty steed.
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Liverpool.
- Thursday, 25th of August 2022
It was a beautiful sunny evening and what better way to get a bit of exercise than get out on my 'goodgym red' bike and go to pick up some essentials for Ms R. Ms R was so welcoming and friendly providing a detailed shopping list and tips on which shop would be best to go to. She also showed me her new kitchen which will soon be ready to be used Despite my best efforts I could not find Warburtons toast bread so I hope that the alternative tastes as good particularly when toasted in her newly kitted out kitchen. Ms R asked me to tell the 'bosses' to publicise Goodgym more as she thinks its such a good idea. I can honestly say I may not have got out on my bike this evening if I hadn't signed up for the task so I tend to agree what a great idea Good gym is. Thanks Ms R for helping me to exercise
