A couple of Islip-pery characters
2 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Ealing.

After the earlier heavy rain, it turned out to be a beautifully sunny morning for a spot of running and litter picking in Islip Manor Park.
Myself and Harvey are taking part in the Ealing Half Marathon Queen of the Suburbs challenge and with time running out to visit all the parks we thought we’d set the alarms early for this one and do some litter picking after the run.
We did a ‘power pick’ and collected one full bag as quickly as we could before needing to shoot off back home for work. All the classics were found, cans, beer bottles and loads of tissue (again!).
