A chilly Achilles run
4 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Islington.

This week's Achilles run was another great one, with Laura joining as a new guide (welcome!) and some solid progress being made by all.
Ashfaq got in a 5k with Laura and Dimitri, thankfully saved from having to try out an ad-hoc clothing tether by a spare that was knocking around.
Laura then jumped onto Mark's team to listen as Michelle, Lucy and Steve took it in turns guiding - great to have you join us, Laura!
Andrew ran with Edyta for a steady several laps around the track, as a pair they've got in a few runs together so were completely in sync.
Naqi and Harvey took full advantage of the track to get in an intervals session & ended up doing their fast intervals quicker than they'd even expected - nice one guys!
We even got in a bit of mental exercise during cool-down as we added up split times in our heads, so a very well-rounded session - back again next Thursday, as ever, if you'd like to join. 😊
