Here's what Mrs C of SE22 had to say about the mission:

Note from referrer - 'Thanks Frances and Emily, I'm sure this made Mrs C's day!'

Mrs C of SE22, mission beneficiary

Workmen were unable to access Mrs C's window until some debris from the back garden had been moved to clear the way. Mrs C herself wasn't able to move it, and more importantly she didn't want to go near it because of her horror of insects. 6 items needed to be transferred through the house to the front for collection, but first they needed to be put into bin bags or brushed so that creepy crawlies, mud and rainwater didn't fall onto the floor en route. we managed to get everything moved and Mrs C was incredibly impressed and grateful that we did it so efficiently.
