A Bit Parky
3 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Windsor and Maidenhead.

- Led by Windsor and Maidenhead runner
MAC chose one of the coldest days of the year on which to host the Berkshire Cross Country Championships, and Juli, Nick and Sheila answered the call to go and help out. We were put on car park duty , and formed a successful team directing car to the correct entrance and telling them where to park. We all had multiple layers on, and Juli and Nick came dressed in their best Elf costumes. We got lots of appreciative thanks from the drivers for standing in the cold and sleet. Juli heroically went to get some hot drinks for us half way through (best hot chocoalte ever!) from the catering van which was some distance away. We were a bit disappointed to be away from the running action, but managed a quick peek after we had finished and were treated to some pizza before making our way home to dry out and warm up
