A bit of garden rake-i
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.
- Friday, 29th of November 2019
Abi and myself were greeted by Mrs M and her overexcited little dog (who was disappointed that we were there to work not play!) on this lovely sunny Friday afternoon. Her large garden was very well kept but she needed our help in picking up the large amount of fallen leaves covering the entire garden so the paths were safe for her to walk on. After a solid hour of raking, brushing and scooping we managed to collect 4 large, heavy bags of fallen leaves. As the trees were still losing their leaves it was impossible to pick up every leaf, so although this frustrated my thorough nature, we made a significant impact!
Nice working with you Abi, good luck on the DIY costume creation!
