2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.
- Friday, 13th of September 2019
Needing a something useful to do with myself this Friday, I was really blessed that relentless Mission runner Liz graciously stepped aside to let me join fellow North London Run Lord Rob for this Mission in Kentish Town.
On this particular occasion, we were unfortunately not able to carry-out the Mission as planned, so given that it was still Friday night, we went across the way to the Camden Town Brewery to catch-up... In had been a long 24 hours since we'd last met at London City Hall, for GoodGym's 10th Birthday do.
Unlike 10 year old children who can often be precocious and annoying, 10 year old GoodGym is a concept that could only be appropriately described as 'genius,' that has changed the lives and lifestyles of thousands of people, offering us a framework to trade in 'good' with one another in a way that makes us all better-off. Cheers to many more years of them same, including someone going back to Kentish Town to do what Rob and I weren't able to this time.
