2 GoodGymers made their way to help the parkrun - Cardiff juniors in Cardiff.

Another beautiful sunny day in Cardiff, and another junior parkrun/GoodGym mission for Lew and Flo.
Flo was marshalling on college turn, and Lew was barcode scanning.
1 junior parkrunner picked up their marathon achievement band (21 parkruns), 2 junior parkrunner's picked up their half-marathon achievement band (11), and 24 junior parkrunners achieved a personal best time today. The 15 first-timers today contributed to the final amount of 129 finishers.
