Volunteer at Hampton Court Palace Run Weekend! 10K Race

Volunteering at this event will have a very positive impact on all the runners who are participating in this event. We hope that you are able to join us to cheer them on, celebrate their success, and motivate them whilst they make their way around the course.

Volunteers will assist with setting up the event infrastructure like our finish funnel and bag drop sections. They will also help to run these sections which consist of handing out medals, water, and snacks to runners as they cross the finish line or handing runners baggage back to them.

🚗 Parking: Street parking only - please check this yourselves :).

👋🏼 On arrival please go to the information desk in the event village and sign in, you will be given your hi vis and told where to go for your briefing.

Everyone needs to sign in at marshal registration & attend the briefing before heading to your marshal positions!

☕Get a free hot drink on us! Please collect your drinks voucher when you sign in with the team.

👕 Please check the weather beforehand and dress appropriately. The most important thing is you are comfortable as you’ll be outside on your feet.
