You will be able to join a group walking to the task if you'd prefer not to run.

Options are available to run between 3km and 6km in total

Remember that we run/walk to and from the task, so you'll only be running/walking for half this distance in one go.

Please make yourselves visible, florescent, head lights, chest strap lights I have a few spare if anyone needs. I'll be coming on my bike from Thorpe Astley is anyone is on route and would like to join me.

On street parking on Nicklaus rd, or Sainsbury Melton road if you have any christmas shopping to do then just a short run up Troon Way.
