08:45 - 10:15Meet at Woodhouse Moor Parkrun sign to run 5km either together or solo or if you'd prefer to volunteer, you can sign up & do that instead. We'll then do a half hour litter pick following our run.
As Parkrun is super accessible, the session will be suitable for people of all abilities.
