OWLS HeadingleyWe're going to deliver leaflets to specific addresses around Headingley, so this will mean we'll get a good run going to & from the houses. We'll team up so that everyone stays safe.
OWLS is a local organisation which helps seniors living in Burley, Hyde Park, Little Woodhouse, Headingley and Kirkstall to stay healthy and independent.
Please bring a ruler or a wooden spoon for putting leaflets through letter boxes. I would like to avoid us getting hands bitten by dogs!
Wear high viz if you have them please. Meet at Heart at 6pm.
There will be a fast running group & a slower group but there will be running involved for this task.
