Helping Windsor and Eton FC CIC make the club ship shape!

Thursday at 6:15pm is GoodGym Windsor Night 👑

We are back at Windsor and Eton CIC Stag Meadow, Saint Leonards Road, Windsor, Berkshire SL4 3DR. Task details tbc but it’s likely to be painting, prepping surfaces, weeding etc.

This is a Community Mission so you can meet us at the task (there is parking at Stag Meadow ) or join others for a social run/walk from our usual meeting point at 6:15pm The Binoy, Dedworth Road, SL4 5BB. Don't worry if you are new to fitness we never leave anyone behind. This is a community mission so there is no run leader you need to access the risks for yourself and your fellow walkers/runners.

We will take a route along the Dedworth Road to the main roundabout, take a right up Imperial Road and then left into St Leonards Road until you see signs on the right to Stag Meadow/Windsor and Eton FC for 6:30pm

Once all at the club we meet with the task owner and get instructions. Don't wear your best gear as it may get mucky! Also you may want to bring a dust mask and some gloves to protect your hands. After the task which lasts about an hour we can do a quick fitness session before we make our way home or back to the meeting point.

If you have never joined us before it can seem overwhelming but honestly we are a really friendly group and have a variety of backgrounds, interests and fitness levels. Don't be anxious we are a team and we all look out for one another. If you just want to pop in and say “Hi” to see what we do that’s great.
