Bath City FarmBath City farm is a living, working farm and visitor attraction and charity. They provide education, training and therapeutic activities to people in the local community.
They would like our help with farm activities, from weeding, moving soil and manure and if you are lucky we get to cuddle some of the farm animals afterwards.

New to GoodGym?
This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.
New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

You will be able to join a group walking to the task if you'd prefer not to run.
Options are available to run between 2km and 3km in total
Remember that we run/walk to and from the task, so you'll only be running/walking for half this distance in one go.
This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.

Led by Helen Conner
Area Activator for Goodgym Bath. I love all things running and being immersed in nature. I'm partial to long distance trail races
What to look out for
Age Restriction
GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety when running and at a task.
Hi, given the rain it will probably need wellies. Can I meet you at the Bath City Farm rather than the pub? Many thanks, Katrin
Hi Katrin, of course you can!! The Farm will provide wellies for us but you might prefer your own. Meet us at the farm for 13:30, looking forward to seeing you there!
For those running to the Mission please meet at 1300 outside the Moorfields Pub, (if you are going straight to the Farm we'll arrive at about 1330, if not a little before). Here is a link to the run route we'll be taking if it helps you decide, click [here] (https://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/6228411463/)
The good news is that we are not forecast rain tomorrow. Heavy cloud, but no rain... Temperatures will be fairly mild as well, around 18°C to 19°C. There won't be much of a wind either so fingers crossed the weather will be mild and dry, although I doubt we'll glimpse any sunshine.
