Our last conservation session of the year with the volunteers at the Friends of Lesnes Abbey and Woods.

Tasks vary from month to month; last time we were working in The Heath area clearing brambles and bracken to let the heather thrive. This time it may be more of the same or something different!

We'll join them from 10am until about 11.30am (they finish later, and you are welcome to stay on). Afterwards we'll head to the Chestnuts Kiosk at The Lodge for hot drink. It's fine if you need to leave earlier.

Please bring gardening gloves if you have some. Oh, and don't forget your reusable cup if you have one!

Meet at The Lodge near the abbey ruins.
